CineMartin обновила свой популярный конвертер Cinec до версии 2.7. Кроме других возможностей теперь предлагается кодирование в HEVC H265, поддерживающее 4К.
Согласно CineMartin ProRes 4:4:4 с размером в 590 МБ может быть перекодирован при помощи CINEC 2.7 в H.265 HEVC с размером в 4.9 МБ, с практически неразличимыми потерями в качестве.
Результаты и правда впечатляют. Конечно, для грейдинга и цветокоррекции все равно самыми подходящими останутся RAW и ProRes, просто потому что практически невозможно эффективно корректировать сжатое изображение. Также H.265 довольно требователен к ресурсам компьютера: для воспроизведения и монтажа требуется 4-х ядерный процессор. Перекодирование можно осуществлять и с двухядерным процессором, наподобие i5, но процесс будет идти довольно медленно.
